HISTORY

HiRel Connectors, Inc. was founded in 1967 as a small machine shop, specializing in hermetic connectors primarily for military applications. Since the beginning HIRELCO has evolved into a company that now specializes in making interconnect products for a variety of industries. HIRELCO celebrates over 41 years of committing ourselves to designing and manufacturing the worlds most reliable electrical and interconnect systems available. The industry soon recognized that HIRELCO designed and manufactured products that exceeded there expectations.

PRODUCTION CAPABILITY

HIRELCO manufactures connectors, headers and feedthroughs using plastic, elastomer, metal, and composite technology for environmental applications. HIRELCO manufactures hermetic connectors using the latest technology for glass, ceramic, steel, and aluminum applications. Shell materials range from plastic, aluminum, and stainless steel to more specialized materials such as kovar, inconel, and titanium. Contacts material can range from copper alloy to exotic thermocouple and high temperature materials. HIRELCO provides the option of connectors supplied individually or can be cabled upon customer request. Options also include integrated passive and active electronics. Dock-to-stock programs are available. We can help with you with all your interconnect problems.
